Live Music @ Hot Numbers Gwydir Street - Jess Morgan

Jess Morgan is a musician, writer and theatre-maker from Norwich, UK. She has had a career in music spanning some fifteen years with songs backed by BBC Radio 2 and 6 MUSIC. Jess was one of the first musicians to play at Hot Numbers when we first started our live music programme and it’s a real treat to see Jess return to Hot Numbers again, her music has seen her perform and tour extensively throughout the UK, Europe and North America in small venues and theatres - and just once, the O2 Arena.

Jess is known for being ‘a DIY artist in her element’ (the 405). Expect modern British folk songs - described as ‘a gutsy take on modern British folk, and the sort of thing you put on your headphones when walking alone and wanting to feel like you’re in your own gritty British love story.’ (Clash)
