• 19:30 – 3-Course Festive Meal Served
• 21:00 – Disco & Dancing
• 23:30 – Carriages

Main Course

• Traditional: Roasted Chicken Breast, Thyme Roasted Potatoes, Cauliflower Puree, Cranberry Gel, Rich Gravy, and a Selection of Vegetables.
• Vegan Option: Wild Mushroom & Chestnut Pithivier, Thyme Roasted Potatoes, Cauliflower Puree, Cranberry Gel, Rich Gravy, and a Selection of Vegetables.

Dessert

• Traditional: Tiramisù (made with our very own Hot Numbers Coffee).
• Vegan Option: Chocolate Mousse, Aquafaba Meringue Shards, Fresh Raspberries, and Crushed Pistachios.

Note: A pay-as-you-go bar will be available throughout the entire evening.

Tickets & Pricing

• Early Bird Ticket: £65.00 (Available until 1st October)
• Standard Ticket: £75.00 (From 2nd October onwards)

Please note: This is an Over 18s only event. All tickets are non-refundable.

Booking & Pre-Order Information

• Table Sizes: We can accommodate tables of 2 to 20 guests.
• Group Seating: If you are booking as part of a group but paying in separate transactions, please email us at events@hotnumberscoffee.co.uk so we can ensure you are seated together.
• Pre-Orders & Drinks Packages: Food pre-order forms will be sent out via email on 1st October. Along with the food form, you will receive options to pre-book exclusive drinks packages.
• Return Deadline: All pre-order forms must be returned to us no later than 15th November.
• Dietary Requirements: All dietary requirements must be declared when pre-ordering.
